Before you reach out

You might find your answer here — saves us both some time.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't received tracking, send us a message with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
First, try the "Forgot password" link on the Meal Planner login page. Make sure you're using the same email you subscribed with through Shopify. If you're still stuck, message us with your account email and we'll sort it out.
You can cancel any time — no lock-in. Log in to your Harry & Rosie account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and cancel from there. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you have any trouble, just send us a message.
Credits are linked to your account email. Make sure you're logged in with the same email used at checkout. If they're still missing after 10 minutes, send us your order number and the email you used and we'll add them manually.
We accept returns on unused physical products within 30 days of delivery. Digital products (subscriptions, credits, downloads) are non-refundable once accessed. If something arrived damaged or isn't right, please reach out and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Currently we ship physical products within Australia only. Our digital products — the Meal Planner, First Solids Planner, and Sleep Companion — are available worldwide. If you're outside Australia and interested in physical products, send us a message and we'll see what we can do.
